Trading Members are requested to refer to Exchange notice no 20190805-10 dated August 05,2019 regarding Introduction of Liquidity Enhancement Scheme (LES)in equity Derivatives and notice no 20190925-31 dated September 25,2019 regarding amendment in LES in equity derivatives.
In partial modification to aforementioned notices, Trading Members are requested to note that with effect from November 25,2019, Exchange shall amend the Liquidity Enhancement Scheme (LES) in equity derivatives as follows-
· Revision in incentives for designated primary market maker.
· Revision in market making obligations for designated primary market maker.
· Revision in market maker selection process.
· Addition of Open Interest Incentives for selected products for all market participants.
Further trading members may note that, there will be no change in other terms and conditions of existing LES scheme for designated secondary market making.
The amendments in Liquidity Enhancement Scheme (LES) are attached as Annexure. For any further clarifications, Trading members are requested to contact their designated Relationship Managers.
